Gnosis Advisory (Gnosis Company Limited), led by CEO Sethaphong (Seth) Phadungpisuth and Kaewta Phadungpisuth with the Gnosis management team, travelled to Taipei, Taiwan, for two back-to-back international franchise meetings: the Asia Pacific Franchise Confederation (APFC 2026) on 29 September 2026 and the World Franchise Council (WFC Meeting 2026) on 30 September 2026. Both meetings were hosted by the Association of Chain and Franchise Promotion Taiwan (ACFPT).

Day one: APFC 2026, the Asia-Pacific franchise meeting
The 2026 Asia-Pacific Franchise Confederation Meeting in Taiwan took place at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2. Seth and Kaewta attended as representatives of the Franchise and License Association Thailand (FLA Thailand), a full member, meeting franchise organisations and leaders from across the region and exchanging views on raising franchise standards internationally.
MoU establishing the ASEAN Franchise Committee
The APFC meeting launched the ASEAN Franchise Committee. FLA Thailand signed the memorandum of understanding as one of the founding signatories, with Seth signing on behalf of the association as its Director of International Affairs.
The committee aims to strengthen and grow the franchise network across ASEAN in a sustainable way.
Day two: WFC Meeting 2026, the World Franchise Council
Following APFC, the Gnosis team joined the World Franchise Council meeting on 30 September, bringing together franchise associations from more than 20 countries across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. FLA Thailand attended as an observer, a valuable opportunity to hear the global vision, strategic plans and international operating standards first-hand and to prepare Thai franchise businesses.
