คุณ เศรษฐพงศ์​ เป็นที่ปรึกษารับอนุญาต (Certified Franchise Executive) จากสมาคมแฟรนไชส์นานาชาติ (International Franchise Association, USA) ได้พัฒนาและให้คำแนะนำกิจการเข้าสู่ระบบแฟรนไชส์ และธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์มากกว่า 1,000 กิจการ ผ่านโครงการของกรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า กระทรวงพาณิชย์ มาตั้งแต่ปี 2550 และเป็นผู้พัฒนาหลักสูตร GSB Smart Franchise  กับธนาคารออมสิน สร้างแฟรนไชส์มาตรฐาน 54 กิจการทั่วประเทศในปี 2565

เศรษฐพงศ์ เป็นตัวแทนแบรนด์แแฟรนไชส์ต่างประเทศและแฟรนไชส์ไทย ได้จัดงานจับคู่ธุรกิจและจัดการออกงานแสดงธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
